- KNA & Co. was founded by Nathan Kagan as a service company for Misomex® equipment. KNA & Co. started to develop an upgrade package for Step-&-Repeat machines ( SRC ).

- KNA & Co. organized service engineers to help customers with service and parts for pre-press equipment.
- AISE (Association of Independent Service Engineers) was born.

| 1997 |
- First installation of upgrade package for Misomex® step-&-repeat machine. SRC upgrade package was installed at Rock-Tenn Company.
- KNA & Co. as a member of AISE participated for the first time in printing industry show PRINT-97.

- Three more installations of upgrade packages at Quebecor World (formerly World Color Press), Newport Press and Carlisle Communications.
- Parts department was established.

| 1999 |
- Partial upgrade package - motion system was developed and installed. The installation locations include: Quebecor World (formerly World Color Press), Ambassador Press, Schumann Printing, Rock-Tenn Milwaukee WI .
- Leonard Langtiw joined our staff. Leonard is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. He is a very important addition to our staff. His training has made him one of our top technicians.

- We actively started to look for participation in digital technology. Computer company - GCS - joined AISE. GCS specializes in computer networks, computer installations and repairs.
- KNA & Co . became a dealer for digital pre-press equipment, working with several brand names such as ECRM, Lino, Scitex, and AGFA.
- Brian Susina joined our staff. Brian is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology. Brian has a strong grasp of the technology field along with mechanical field.

- Digital stepper - A CTP retrofit went into full production at Port City Press in Virginia, outputting 30 plates per hour!
- KNA & Co. expands its services in the digital sales and services. Our technicians were sent for training and certification on Mitsubishi, ECRM, Cortron, Carnfeldt America, Esko-Graphics.
- KNA & Co . merges with Vision Mix Technologies (Kevin Kriegel) and Abstrix Inc. (Paul Marsik). The merges are a welcome addition to KNA. We welcome all our new customers. We look forward to providing all of your services.
- KNA & Co . acquires MMI Step and Repeat Services, who specialized in Misomex® services.

- KNA & Co . now offers several CTP systems. We have systems based on polyester and metal plates, from Mitsubishi, Esko-Graphics, and HighWater.

- KNA started business relations with a company in Honduras, expanding our international relations market.

- KNA started the development of a new website in order to help equipment users and service providers select and maintain pre-press equipment

- KNA celebrates its 10 year anniversary. Thank you to all our customers.
